Meet the Team Behind the Dream
Carolann Philips, is a multi-skilled coach. She’s a Professional Certified Coach (PCC – ICF), Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach, a certified organizational development coach, and a certified neuro-linguistic practitioner coach with over 25 years of professional experience and +2500 hours of coaching experience. She has been awarded ‘Best Skills Coach’ at the World HRD Congress held in Mumbai in 2017, and ‘Outstanding High Performance and Organizational Development Coach’ at the Middle East Training and Development Congress held in 2019 in Dubai.
Tony is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of professional experience. He oversees the company’s strategic direction and expansion strategy. He has a strong passion for learning and development, and comes with sound operational experience in all aspects of talent development. His mission is to make coaching affordable and accessible to everyone.
An honours graduate in business administration from the University of Bedfordshire, Vanessa oversees the operational functions of the company. Her interests lie in ensuring efficiency and effectiveness, while guaranteeing value for our clients and stakeholders. Vanessa comes with an eye for detail, and a fresh enthusiasm towards ensuring client satisfaction – at any cost!
With a degree in international journalism and a social skills set, Safiya has a knack for creating and communicating value to our clients. She brings originality, and flair – never missing an opportunity to make an impression and bridge the gap between our clients and us.
