Session Overview

The culture of the coach as well as the client considerably impacts the coaching process.

Traditionally, coaching has relied heavily on American and European management perspectives. However, as organizations become more diverse and borderless, coaches must be equipped with skills to navigate complex differences in assumptions, values, beliefs, and approaches of their clients.

This program equips coaches with a structured methodology to leverage cultural differences for more productive coaching outcomes.

Everyone aspires to find fulfillment in some way. Everyone already has all that they need, or can create them, to do this. Everyone needs some help and support to do this sooner, rather than later.

First of all, you can expect high levels of confidentiality and trust. You can expect your Coachist to serve as a sounding board. Your Coachist is there to support you, to hold you accountable, and push you towards your goals if needed. Expect honest feedback delivered sensitivity and constructively. We use a variety of resources such as assessments, worksheets, models, concepts, exercises, and games to support our client’s thinking and actions, depending on their need and preferences. We also provide our clients with session grabs, reinforcement tools, and supporting materials depending on their need and preference.

The process typically begins with a complimentary introductory session, face-to-face, virtual, or telephone. The main purpose of this session is to assess mutual compatibility, identify needs, and determine success criteria. The coach sends the client a proposal of engagement detailing the scope of the relationship, expectations, anticipated outcomes, deliverables of both parties, and commercial terms. Upon sign-off, the coaching engagement begins. During coaching sessions, the coach and the client partner in a confidential, ethical space to explore thoughts and determine actions that will enable the client to achieve their desired goals. The Coachist is accessible to the client at any time during the coaching engagement. The engagement is evaluated according to the pre-determined criteria by both the client and the Coachist after every session, and they mutually agree on the way forward.

You can have as many or as few as you want. It’s entirely up to you. Some of our clients find what they need with one or two sessions, while most others continue their engagement over several months.
